MTB News: The Salzkammergut Trophy is celebrating a big anniversary next year. The biggest and toughest mountain bike marathon in Austria will be in its 2022th round in 25. A slightly different route is planned for this special occasion. As usual, it should of course be a big festival with a wide supporting program for all cyclists.
There will be big celebrations in Bad Goisern next year. The reason for this is the 25th edition of the Salzkammergut Trophy on July 16, 2022. The organization team is planning a slightly different route for the special occasion. This will be presented in advance on May 21 and 22, 2022 as part of a route inspection. The 25th Salzkammerhut Trophy will of course be embedded in a colorful supporting program. The bike fair with the eBike test options will take place from July 15th to 17th. According to the organizers, a concert on Friday evening in the marquee and an after-race party on Saturday evening in Neuwildenstein Castle are also planned. The event will be completed by the SCOTT Junior Trophy on Sunday, July 17, 2022.
Registration for the marathon is now possible, until the end of December bargain hunters benefit from the cheapest rate. Great service in today's slightly unpredictable times: "Cancellation protection" can also be booked for an additional charge. The "flex option" offers the possibility to postpone participation to 2023 by the end of June without giving reasons.
