Alcudia Trophy: Biniam Ghirmay wins the sprint ahead of Ryan Gibbons

Cycling: Biniam Ghirmay won the Trofeo Alcudia. At the Mallorca Challenge, the Eritrean prevailed in the sprint ahead of Ryan Gibbons. The German Pascal Ackermann was eighth.

Ghirmay WINS, Ackermann eighth

The UAE team almost won the second race of the Mallorca Challenge. Ryan Gibbons (UAE) narrowly lost in the Torfeo Alcudia sprint Biniam Ghirmay (Intermarché – Wanty – Gobert Matériaux) defeated. The Italian occupies behind the Eritreans and the South Africans James Nizzolo (Israel – Premier Tech) placed third. Best German was Pascal Ackermann (UAE) in eighth place.
