Cycling: Aleksandr Vlasov showed why Bora - hansgrohe signed him. The Russian won the third stage of the Tour of Valencia, stealing a lot of time and even the leader's jersey from Remco Evenepoel.

Vlasov ignites the turbo, Evenepoel explodes

With his first win of the season and the first win for the German team Bora – hansgrohe celebrates Aleksander Vlasov a very special triumph at the Tour of Valencia. The Russian was able to beat the competition at the mountain finish after 155,1 kilometers from Alicante to Antenas del Maigmó. In the final gravel passage, Vlasov continued his attack and collected in person Jan Tratnik (Bahrain – Victorious) entered the last remaining breakaway. The Spaniards Carlos Rodriguez (Ineos Grenadiers), Enric Mas Nicolau (movistar), bilbao hair (Bahrain – Victorious) and Alejandro Valverde (Movistar) only the places behind remained.
