Raffle: Win one of four Santini Vega Absolut winter jackets!

February 9, 2022 by Florian Nowak

Raffle: The days are slowly getting longer again and many cycling fans are slowly but surely being drawn outside again. Nevertheless, cyclists in this country will have to contend with fresh to icy temperatures and bad weather conditions again and again in the coming weeks. So that you are well prepared for the next trips into spring, we have the Santini Vega Absolut jacket, which was specially developed for cold winter days, to win.

The Italian manufacturer Santini should be known to cycling fans all over the world. Not only a number of professional teams are and were in the clothes of the Italians, but also the jersey for the world champion was provided by Santini at the award ceremony in recent years. This year, Santini will also provide the yellow jersey for the Tour de France, in addition to other leadership jerseys. But there is still a long way to go before the tour. You can win the Santini Vega Absolut winter jacket so that you can pass the time until the world's biggest bike race with nice rides and don't get slowed down by cold temperatures.

Santini Vega Absolute jacket

Santini Vega

The Santini Vega Absolut jacket was developed specifically for cold winter and spring days. The special Polartec Powershield Pro material is used for this, which is supposed to ensure the best temperature management with a microporous, fourfold stretchable softshell membrane. On the one hand, the membrane keeps you warm enough and you are protected from wind and rain by special inserts, while on the other hand, sweat and heat are optimally transferred to the outside so that you don't overheat and freeze later.

Despite the sporty orientation, the cut is kept a little looser in order to offer enough space for several layers under the Santini Vega jacket. With a high collar you are also kept pleasantly warm in the neck area. In order to be able to store all important utensils, the Vega jacket has a pocket with an integrated zipper hidden in the chest area. Just like the back pockets, this is provided with another wind-resistant, impregnated layer on the outside.

Since the issue of visibility plays an extremely important role, especially in winter, various neon-colored inserts are used on the chest, neck and back pockets. Reflective details have been cleverly integrated into the jacket's design and ensure particularly good visibility on the road.
