Ergon CTR arm pads: More grip and comfort in the trailer

March 12, 2022 by Florian Nowak

Product news: With the new Ergon CTR arm pads, the German manufacturer from Koblenz offers a great accessory that should particularly please long-distance cyclists, triathletes and time trialists. Because the arm pads are intended to ensure better pressure distribution in the forearm area and thus offer more comfort.

Top performance, maximum comfort, maximum cushioning and ideal pressure distribution - all this is promised by the new CTR arm pads from Ergon, which were developed to fit the Profile Design armrests. These should enable athletes to maintain the perfect aero position for many hours in time trials and triathlons. The secret is in the OrthoCell high-end foam, which is intended to ensure better pressure distribution and better dampening of vibrations, thus minimizing discomfort. In addition, there is a non-slip surface, which means that the forearms should always be kept in the optimal position and the athletes can concentrate fully on the ride or the race.

More than Florian Nowak

Florian Nowak is a professional cyclist at the EuropeTour level and has competed in many international races. At the German championship in 2017, he was the best non-WorldTour professional in 7th place and was therefore able to recommend himself for the Tour de L'Avenir and the World Championships. But he doesn't just feel comfortable on the racing bike, he's also always drawn to off-road terrain. In addition to sport, he works on his second mainstay and has completed his business administration studies at the LMU Munich.
