Ghost Path Ascetic: Gravel bike for the extra mile

March 23, 2023 by Florian Nowak

Product news: The new Ghost Path Asket is the manufacturer's first e-gravel bike and is said to combine the characteristics of a road bike and the MTB spirit of the brand to offer a real all-rounder for all cyclists. With the Fazua Ride 60 motor, you also rely on the latest technology in terms of sporty, light e-support. In two configurations, the Path Asket models manage the balancing act between riding fun on the trails and everyday commuting. With the agile handling and the new gravel geometry, you want to offer a completely new driving experience.

For the manufacturer, the new Path Asket symbolizes unrestricted use and adventure. Added to this is the sporty e-support of the Fazua Ride 60, the smallest and most advanced e-light system with 60 Nm and 430 Wh battery. A newly designed, light carbon frame ensures agile handling and, according to the manufacturer, should open up new dimensions in mobility. The gravel geometry, which is also new, is also designed for an all-round pleasant driving experience. Nevertheless, one relies on sporty characteristics and agile handling.

The new Ghost E-Gravelbike is available in the Pro or Advanced version to offer the right setup for every rider and area of application. While the Pro model is equipped with a carbon fork and high-end components, the Advanced model comes with a 40mm suspension fork for additional off-road use. Both models feature mounting points for carriers, bags and holders, as well as a standard dropper post.

Both models also "share" the motor, because the Fazua Ride 60 system is used here. With its 60Nm support and 430 Wh alone, it's a real force to behold on paper. Thanks to the Road Control, the control is also extremely simplified.
