The Alpina Brighton MIPS ensures more visibility thanks to integrated front and rear lights. With four different lighting modes, the lights can be adjusted to the external conditions and can be switched between permanent lighting and flashing. In the most efficient mode, the Alpina Urban helmet has a battery life of 15 hours and is fully charged again within 50 minutes. The special thing about this material is that it has microscopically small air chambers that absorb the forces that act on the helmet in the event of an impact. Hi-EPS thus ensures optimal protection and at the same time enables extra-thin wall thicknesses and narrow helmet shapes.
Since a helmet can only really protect if it remains in the optimal position in the event of an impact, the combination of the innovative Y-clip system and the Ergo Flex MIPS system is an additional safety factor. The Y-clip system guarantees millimeter-precise adjustment and the fixation of the two straps under the ear plays a crucial role. The Run System Ergo Flex MIPS is the first adjustment system with integrated MIPS and offers individual, height-adjustable adjustment of the helmet. This combination not only increases comfort, but also ensures additional safety in the event of an impact with rotational forces.
