First aid set Deuter First Aid Kit Active in the test
The Deuter First Aid Kit Active is one of the most compact First aid kits our best list. The little bag comes accordingly full to the brim. The workmanship is clean, the set appears to be of high quality for the most part. Deuter uses PFAS-free recycled and water-repellent materials for the bag. Overall, the equipment is quite extensive - but if you want even more, you will find two larger sets from the same line at Deuter.

Handling & inner workings
The Deuter First Aid Kit Active can be opened completely thanks to the almost all-round zipper. It has three inside pockets, one of which is attached to the other. The content is somewhat sorted and organized thematically. However, the openings are small and the pockets are bulging - so removing utensils is a bit fiddly. This can cost time and nerves, especially in emergency situations. The sewn-in emergency information can help you keep a clear head.
The equipment
The Deuter First Aid Kit Active comes with the following equipment:
- 1x bandage pack M
- 1x bandage pack G
- 1x triangular cloth fleece
- 1x gauze elastic
- 1x fleece wound compress
- 1x Leinaplast WSV set, 20 pieces
- 1x tape
- 1x small scissors
- 1x latex gloves
- 1x signal whistle
The first aid kit is well equipped for minor and major injuries; However, we miss an emergency blanket. Except for the scissors, the equipment makes a higher quality impression. The only set in our best list is a rescue whistle from Deuter. However, many backpacks already have these integrated into the strap, so you can save space and some weight here if necessary.
