Cosmic Sports: New Service Center for Fox and Marzocchi in the Palatinate

June 30, 2025 by Florian Nowak

News: The Fürth-based brand distributor Cosmic Sports GmbH plans to establish its own service center in the Palatinate region. The goal of this project is to centrally handle technical support and the processing of warranty and service claims for aftermarket and OEM products from the Fox and Marzocchi brands in Germany and Austria. Operational launch is scheduled for October 1, 2025, and will be carried out in close cooperation with the respective manufacturers.

The new location is intended to create a central and efficient contact point for specialist retailers and end customers. Maintaining consistent technical support is a key focus. The existing expertise of a long-standing, experienced service team closely associated with the Fox and Marzocchi brands will be integrated into the new structure and systematically developed further. According to the company, the new service center will continue the manufacturers' proven processes and standards while simultaneously complementing them with its own structures and processes.

According to Cosmic Sports, the takeover of the service activities is being done with great appreciation for the existing service partners. The future head of the new location will be Mark Senger, who emphasizes that not only operational tasks but also human resources and experience will be integrated into the new organization.

The service concept relies on a combination of continuity and ongoing development: In addition to compliance with all manufacturer-specific quality and process specifications, the offering is expanded through centralized spare parts supply, digitalized interfaces, and optimized processes. A technically skilled team forms the basis for the high level of service quality.

With this step, Cosmic Sports aims to put the support of the suspension brands on a sustainable foundation and to further strengthen its market presence.
