cycling: Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen #1: Este Jœäär wins the start

Estonian Gert Jœäär (Cofidis) won the opening race of the Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen. He completed the seven-kilometer time trial in Middelkerke in 7:53 minutes, five seconds faster than Johan Le Bon (FDJ.fr), who beat last year's winner Kristof Vandewalle (Trek Factory Racing) by another three seconds to third place.
