Haibike AllMtn CF SE: Carbon E-MTB with noble equipment and new Bosch system

September 1, 2021 by Michael Faiss

Product news / E-MTB: The AllMtn E-MTBs from Haibike have even more variety for the 2022 model year. With the Haibike AllMtn CF SE, there is now for the first time a variant with a Bosch CX motor and a main frame made of carbon - the new Smart System from Bosch is also on board, as is the large 750 Wh battery.

When it comes to the key data of the bike itself, nothing has changed compared to the already very modern predecessor: we still have 160 mm of travel front and rear, a progressive geometry and a mullet wheel size mix with a large 29er at the front and a 650b rear wheel. This means that the bike is still in the “AllMtn” limit range and can certainly call itself an enduro.

The frame retains its very distinctive look, whether carbon or not. This is how the bike stands out benevolently from the crowd and can be recognized as a Haibike from the corner of your eye. But even if apparently not much has changed, the frame is a completely new construction. The integration of the new Bosch PowerTube 750 battery in the down tube, which requires a rethink here due to its length, plays a major role in this. A completely closed down tube is used on the new Haibike AllMtn CF – the battery can be pulled out at the bottom bracket for this purpose.

Despite the new construction, the MRS (MultiRailSystem) is again on board on the new AllMtn CF, which allows accessories such as bottles or bags to be mounted quickly and easily on the down tube. The bike is also prepared for the installation of the in-house Skybeamer headlight.

Bosch Smart System: Large battery, new operating concept and connected biking

Published: 31. August 2021

Product News / E-Bike: With the Bosch Smart System, the e-bike giant from Reutlingen offers a completely new ecosystem for e-MTBs. With the well-known CX motor, but also a large battery, new operating concept and lots of smart features including its own app. It's that time again: A new drive from Bosch is in the starting blocks! In contrast to […]

It is operated via the new LED remote from Bosch, and all driving data and information can be read from the Kiox 300 display, which is also new. You can find everything you need to know about the new Bosch Smart System in our article.

When it comes to the equipment of the top model, the Haibike AllMtn CF SE, you hardly have to make any compromises. The chassis with RockShox Lyrik Ultimate and Deluxe Select Plus damper in the rear leaves nothing to be desired, as does the wireless Sram AXS X01 Eagle gearshift with 500% gear ratio range. Braking is via Magura MT7 and large 203 mm discs at the front and rear. Mavic E-Deemax wheels with Maxxis Minion DHF/DHR tires round off the really high-quality overall package.

In addition to the AllMtn CF SE, there will be three other models based on this frame. They all have the new Bosch Smart System in common and even the "entry-level model", the AllMtn CF 8, comes with all-round trail-ready equipment with RockShox suspension, Sram SX Eagle 12-speed gears and 4-piston brakes from Shimano.
